Happy Birthday old man!!!!
My grandmother fell and broke her hip when she was 84. She had dementia too and laid in bed in a nursing home for 8 years not talking or recognizing anyone. If I were in that shape I would hope someone would do the humane thing for me and put me down. Probably wouldn't be too hard to find someone on TPP to do the deed. :-)
