| The smithfraud family of spyware is deep, a major pain to remove, there is no 'easy' fix, and anything that looks like it's free, and says 'will remove' is going to take your money and cause you more problems.
so .. if you know your way around the computer, as in how to use safe mode, turn off system restore, and can follow instruction, I'd suggest you go here ..

post your problem, then work with some one who KNOWS how to get rid of your problem.
plan on spending lots of time to do this.
The other choice is to take it to a tech that knows how to remove it ..
There is NO easy answer.
