We are 45 minutes away from a bigger city with 3 large hospital groups. At least one will keep anti venom on hand. Found that out a couple years ago when my wife’s cousin got bit on the finger by one that didn’t even rattle at him. His folks drove him in and by the time they got to the hospital his arm was swole up to the shoulder. They called in while driving to find out which hospital had the anti venom so they didn’t waste time driving around.
The smaller hospitals keep some antivenom around also. I know Ephrata does.
