S Illinois | Have much experience on how they handle their rental agreements or terms? Do they do lease back type deals say like Ceres or have a management company handle that? I would have to think they look for near top dollar return and/or possibly have a preferential operator for the bulk of their acres. Not a large player away from the prime farmland in IL and I am only a little familiar with how some of the other large land buyers handle their business in C IL. Seems like the ones with more local ties prefer to have their one or two farmers operate the bulk of their acreage. | |
