From the text of the 2007 rfs law. Section 201-202
Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) a phased increase to 36 billion gallons by 2022.
The Biden administration proposed 21 billion gallons for 2022 far short of the law. They are far short of the letter of the law. I fail to see how this is bad for renewable fuel.
I'm not a lawyer but I understand the court just wants the epa to follow the laws before them this one that needs to be followed.
