I didn't realize how dry it is in Texas and the southwest. Gonna be a lot of cows leaving the Ozarks if we miss the 4th of July rain. Large sale yesterday in West Plains. Heard some stock market news that said the cattle population was down 7% from 2020. Does anyone know if that is close to right?
After all the hubbub witht the losses in Kansas from the heat the other day, you might think that there was a 25% reduction...
