When I ran bulk fuel truck 10 years ago, the place we bought them recommended buying new because what a rebuild kit cost plus labor was as much or more than new.
Check to see if a chunk of dirt or something is plugging the little tube at the end of the nozzle. A spider can mess them up. I've also seen the tube come lose and fuel flows past it causing it to shut off.
