Someone else might not share that definition, and believe that a single cell is just like the millions of skin cells that die and fall off you every day.
Science has no definition, because a human being develops gradually, not instantly becoming a human being at a certain point.
People have been arguing about this issue for at least 50 years, and no answer is in sight. Because there is no actual answer.
