I’ve envisioned a telescopic or scissor spreader with clamps on each side of flange, to use in conjunction with a boom truck, but haven’t ever built one.
I suppose you could build such a thing with two clamps and three or four pieces of heavy threaded rod, and keep it light enough to carry by hand??
