I used to have those on every tip also then I read on this website people didn’t use them. That was the best thing I ever did when I took all them out. Use a good boom filter and main filter and you will be good in my opinion
I left them in (50 mesh) for the tips but also run a large suction filter going into the pump and a strainer for each boom section. Only clean the tip screens once a year and usually little to nothing on them but I haven’t ever had a plugged nozzle on this sprayer |
