Ag Leader SMS will be the ideal way to go.
The free version is a 30 day trial right? You can go to fieldviewplus.com, click on Data Manager, select the fields you want to export and download the .dat files. That will download as a zip file, you will need to unzip it to import it into SMS. Once everything is in SMS you should be able to export everything onto a USB in a format that the InCommand monitor can read.
When I tried out the free trial of SMS a few years back Batch Command was disabled, so I had to export fields one at a time. If you have a lot of fields to do it might be worth it to have an agronomist or neighbor do it for you. I found that SMS has a lot of useful tools, but the learning curve was steep, your mileage may vary.
