Virginia | anybody ever have it? My grandmother made it all the time. To my taste its the only way squash is good. My stepmother made a big batch and I had some last night with garden fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and deer tenderloin cooked on grill.

In case you don't know, take squash and potatoes 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 depending on size of squash and potatoes, several large onions, and boil. Drain off water, ad some butter, and milk and mash it up like mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste and your good to go. | |
