Illinois Heartland | I suspect a lot of people are living in them in our area rather than buying a house. Neighbor down the road sectioned a piece out of his pasture and ran electric, water, and extended a pipe from his septic system to a central point. Guys back their travel trailers in like spokes in a wagon wheel around it to share the hookup. He’s always got different people there year around. Some winter out there while others come back in the summer. Our local FS propane dealer brings out multiples of 60 gal bulk fill vertical tanks for them to use in the winter. Not sure how legal any of it is but the guy makes enough money to pay most of his bills. | |
