Liberty, MO | Take my advise and get out and walk for a few minutes, I didn’t used to stop driving my 18 wheeler until my bladder couldn’t stand it any more, maybe 5-600 miles a day too.
In summer 2015, blood clot in right leg from the knee down, didn’t slow down enough, blood clot in left leg in 2017, now on blood thinner, neuropathy in my feet and getting into my hands too. Smoking for 60+ Years didn’t help, any either.
But stop and let the wrinkles fall out and blood circulate through your legs and feet. You can thank me later. | |
