Renville Minnesota		11 years ago we had a wind storm July 10.

I posted pictures of 8’ corn, ankle high.


Tom saw the post and out of the blue he emailed me 5 paragraphs of information he had in dealing with down corn.

Strange things for example: “grinding the auger flighting square on the corn head to grab stalks” “which varieties to stay away from” he knew from experience.

I regret not meeting him face to face.

Class act, A-1 guy.

My sympathy to Tom’s family, and a big thank you to DKO and agtalk for allowing me the privilege to know a part of him.
