The general manager told me before the meeting how he had negotiated a freeze with BN on freight rates for the upcoming year. Trucking rates, yes I get it they are out of sight. Don’t know how tax laws affect the withholding of patronage but, armed with your analogy I’m going to find out via my tax guy tomorrow.
