Looks like one 1 1/2” ratchet strap holding the Bobcat in. This crap scares me when I see it on the road. Can’t possibly be legal riding in there either.
That pic was taken in Nicaragua where pretty much anything goes. The highest speed limit I observed was 80 km/h. The last time we were there we saw a guy talking on his cell phone while lounging in a recliner....which was in the back of a pickup truck. I couldn't get my phone out quick enough to take a pic. |
