Yes you need to get the internal battery replaced. Your dealer should be able to send it back to AG Leader for you. I was having that issue and my maps were not coming out correctly. Also Make sure that you save all the data (including settings and such) before you send it off. Ag Leader lost most of mine and I have to start over.
