My Outback STX when set to auto goes to 131. It's been working good and even a couple of times when I went to the same field the next day it was right on. I don't remember 138 being that way as it seems I always had to nudge it to get on line. It seems like 135 is suppose to be the right satellite for our area but if you feel like it's not working as well I would try 131.
Which satellite to choose?
