Subject: RE: TerraStar L accuracy

NE Iowa
I have been using the Terrastar L for corn and bean planting for 3yrs. pass to pass has been very accurate.
I have an Ontrac 3, Incommand monitor, 6500 receiver. convergence time can seem slow, and year to year my initial boundary drifts a couple feet, but has been acceptable to me.
This year I used it to control row clutches on the planter and am happy with it's performance. I was worried clutches might need an unlock for Terrastar C, but this has been performing quite well for me.
I do use marker when I will be leaving the field for more than an hour or so just to able to shift the line if it drifted, but while going in the field I rarely use the markers, took me awhile to trust it enough.
