I have a FM1000 that was working fine.  Yesterday it would not RTK Lock, it stayed in autonomous mode.  I called the support line for my RTK subscription. They had me go through all the settings which were correct and they determined the FM1000 was getting the packets, but "not using them".  

It is on the lastest firmware but I re-flashed that also.  Did not help.

Has anybody had this experience?
