North Central Texas | How are they stealing your cull cows? Most the cull cow market is set down here and Caviness is the big dog. Big 4 don't slaughter cows in cow country.
Marfrig bought national and jbs bought a bunch of others on the brink of bankruptcy or fully in bankruptcy. Nobody was in line because nobody had the money or financing to do it. We could have easily had a big two.
Kind of miss jbs owning yards. They were competitive if not the high bidder on calves many times. They liked to buy good cattle and paid good for them. | |
