| Does anyone have any recommendations for a bank that is willing to work with a small farmer. (Under 200 acres) the bank that I have been with for over 30 years has changed their lending practices to cater to the big guys, so much so as to even writing off interest for them, but yet demand every penny if even a couple of days late on a payment. Currently working fulltime off the farm as well as raising 200 acres of crops and some livestock. Located in north Iowa or southern Minnesota | |
