Best way would be to get rid of the ground drive and put PWM valves on to spin the meters along with an encoder for each and a work switch to turn it on whenever you put it in the ground. Far as I know Deere makes a product harness and can read in from the existing fan speed sensor for that application. Might have to change some connectors but that should be about it.
