I have never seen one. An interesting idea, I guess. Looks like 1st generation midrow banders. The one thing to remember is that the depth is set at the packers (at the back) and the casters at the front of the frame. You will have no better depth control than on a regular airdrill (5710 or Flex 5000) because if this. No where near the accuracy of a Deere or SDX.

If thats the cost without a tank I think its a little steep. You should be able to get into a Flexicoil 6000 for about that, and some will have a tank with them. This are more accepted drills for sure.
