The terminology for chisel plows varies a lot. To some it is a sweep, field cultivator, cutter chisel, digger,deep till, sub soiler among a few.
The IH 55 does not have bushings in the pivot on the shank so if older it could be an expensive fix to correct.
Chisel plow questions??
