I've used a Fimco on demand sprayer pump om my Arctic Cat 300 for six years & have never had any problems. I have a boom-less boom rigged up on the rear & it works great. I've run 25 gallons out continuous until the tanks empties with no problem. I don't think you'd have any trouble at all.
