mid Illinois | I am thinking about buying a different tractor for lighter duty work such as planting, spraying, etc. and would like either a Case maxxum 5240, 5250, (possibly even an MX135) or a Deere 7210 or 7410. Would you pay the extra that the Deere 7210's and 7410's cost, or should I save my money and buy the maxxum? I am sure the resale on the Deere's would be better down the road, but are they that much better of a tractor to be worth extra money? I prefer to find one of theses tractors in the 3000 to 5000 hour range, if that makes any difference. Thanks for any advice. | |
