Our problem was completely solved by upgrading the software in the KMPIII monitor, should be version 2.1. Of course the dealer had to come out and waste 5 hours of our time because he didn't know about the upgrade.( we called the factory) Best part is they sent me a bill for 750$, to fix nothing.
