218 is fine, we are almost never limited by power, speed limit is always shatter loss. 20'+ would be my preference also. If the machine is set right and you aren't trying to grind up everything, it has plenty of power for a 20'. Standard cylinders will do an 18, I would sure try a 20 before I spent the money on larger cyl.
