But, you know what baffles me? Why is this just half metric? 320 x 38? 320 mm (width) x 38" rim? Can't the Canadians & Europeans measure their rim diameter in mm?
Just another one of these 1/2 way switchovers. Just like using a metric bolt & US washer.
