NW illinois | Just wanted to remind everyone out there whether your in the fields or the farmyard that everyday you should think of it as farm safety day. Just got a painful reminder today on how dangerous farming can be. A good friend of mine is now in the hospital in serious conditon because he was to close to the beaters on a manure spreader when it was turned on. He broke an arm and seriously injured his chest and might loose one of his eyes out of the deal. So just think before you act. Thanks and be careful. | |
