Tounge and grove OSB with PL400 between the decking and joist. If you use engineered I-joist for you floor joist, depending on what span you decking is rated for and what size you joist are, and only spanning 8 ft you might be able to get away with a wider spacing suck as 19.2 or 24 inches.
