Set one up a few weeks ago for someone else. Very happy so far, 50-100mpbs down, 5-15mpbs up. Placement is absolutely critical, even the direction it's facing. Just trial and error in the house. Wish they'd make an outdoor box, there is a way to hook antennas to it, but it requires a teardown
