Shop rate at locale Green machine/lawnmower land.. is $85-90/hour for IN Shop labor time. Yikes,, be happy it's only $70/hour !!
Btw.. loosen the inline right at the fuel filter, then use the hand pump to pump out the air. Then close the "in" line to the filter and open 3/4 injector lines do crank the hand pump some more till you get fuel out. Should start then.
