Take the thing apart. Not that big of a deal. Dump it out and flip it upside down and take the meter off. Then I think you just take the wing nuts off the seed disk and the brushes are right there. Any good Kinze dealer will have new brushes if you need them. It could be you have a bunch a splits stuck in behind the brushes.
