Have you put a flow meter in line with the cart to see how many GPM your fan is taking? We once checked to see how much oil our 1720 took and it was using about 14.5 GPM (I don't remember what RPM we were running the fan at that time but I'm guessing it was about 4000 RPM). That's another thing to look at. Do you need your fan to be running as fast as you have it running? I would set things up so that you're running your fan as slow as you can without plugging hoses. The faster it spins, the fewer GPM you have left over to lift your machine.

From what I know about a 9350, the 14.5 GPM that our 1720 was taking would take over half the flow that the pump on the 9350 could put out. If you have a PTO you could look into getting a PTO pump to run the fan and leave the rest of the hydraulics to the tractor.
