Subject: CASE 2290 torque limiter?

NNY
Was working groud the other day with my 2290 when I noticed it acted like it was slipping somewhere in the drive line. The tran fiter light was on, got to checking and found one of the remote lines under the cab had been leaking. I thought low oil might have been the problem (was down 10 gal), still could bearlly more, ordered filter and replaced them the next day. backed away from the shop, was a small down grade and the tractor started free wheeling, would hardly move in any gear. tonight we put a quage on tran control valve and had 180 to 190 psi on the clutches, we have power steering and remotes. We think the torque limiter has coughed it up. what do you think??? TIA LES
