Rivers, MB | Sorry for 3 questions in one nite. Being done seeding and having a rainy day lets me ask all the questions that have been brewing for a while!!
Does adding a quick hitch onto a 3pt hitch increase the distance between the tractor and the implement? We have a Sovemea roto-tiller that we put on our 6405 JD tractor. The PTO shaft is almost completely retracted (within a 1/8") when the tiller is in the ground. I'm worried that we could do damage do the driveline/gearbox if the PTO shaft ever completely retracted. Will adding a quick hitch give me more room along with the other benefits of the quick hitch?
