Subject: help..trouble with CIH 1200 and bean plates

started planting this a.m. monitor was saying about half of seed rate. tried recalibrating monitor bc we had a new wiring harness put in and that fixed it thurs and fri morning....(not sure why i had to recalibrate again on fri though) didnt work. the other tractor monitor was doing the same and it had been working fine. planted about 15 acres...realized not enough seed was missing from hoppers...pulled two off and inspected plates...every hole had a bean hung in them on both plates...i think they are 80 hole?

possible causes...atleast 2000 acres of use......forgot graphite thurs and used it once on fri....lots of moisture in the air maybe the beans took up some over night? no measurable rain overnight...

your thoughts and experiences..thanks.
