If they're like the hinges on a 4630, we tried soaking with penetrating oil with little success. We finally drove the pins out one at a time and wire brushed them and tried to clean the bore out as good as possible. Coated everything well with never sieze and put them back in. Worked well and we haven't had to redo them, this was about ten years ago.
