Check the tension on the belt that drives the wrap rolls. Works best to have someone watch it while another trips the wrapping engagement. Make sure the that the idler is putting tension on the belt. Cuttin' the wrap off them rollers is a PITA. Hope the neighbors didn't hear you preaching....
