I already had #4 ordered, and I found the other pieces I was looking for yesterday. They were in the picture that showed the door itself. When I first looked at it, I thought it showed them bolted to the door, so I thought they were something else, but looking yesterday, I figured out what I was looking at, and got them ordered.
