Ya there building one and so is vetter just east of Ames, but there probably not a big enough outfit for you, so they should probably just close like you said Held Inc should and everyone go to worthless/high priced Van Wall or Titan(which is the Worst)
Sry just venting about a older post you made about small dealership when you had no idea and just heared things second hand
