I don't know if it can be rebuilt or not, never had to try, I have replaced a couple with broken crankshafts and replaced the crankshaft seal in a few but that all. Is yours pumping oil out? As with most small compressors including the one on the other truck that I had the mfg said that it wasn't feasable to overhaul.
