I agree with Iseedit.

We tried sowing some oats a few years ago in a cover crop setting ... the lowest sprocket rate, was still heavier than we were targeting (I don't remember the exact specifics). We had the brush set per SI's recomendations (I think it was open) ... plan on trying it with the brush closed if I ever do it again.
