Shoup has radios that are supposed to be heavy duty for a tractor. Haven't tried the radios, but the speakers I got from them are still working good after several years. I bought a cheap radio from radio shak. It still works, but the knobs are too small to work with gloves on and the removable face plate loses contact once in a while.
