SWMO | Sprayer is pulsating with rate and pressure going up and down. Using Red AI tips at 8-10 GPA and 12-13 MPH,
Min pressure set @ 15
Max pressure set @ 60
Nozzles/strainers are clean
Do not have High/low flow option (can I still close down orfice valve?)
Flowmeter is clean
Spray response set at 3
Boom charge is on auto
Going faster or slower does not stop problem when it is occuring
No warning is given indicating high flow rate or improper nozzle selection (could be mistaken about this tho)
Earlier in the day, no problems at 10 GPA but problem started when switching to 8 GPA.
When it started last night, I switched to 60 ft from 90ft and problem stopped.
When setting Max pressure to 80, it seems to help but spraying pressure is higher than I like.
Is the problem nozzle selection related? or other? | |
