The 755B will have noticably more power and torque, is built like a tank, rides smoother, will manuver your big implements better (bigger drive and track system) and is a built for tracks tractor. The 8430 will be a bit quieter in the cab (hydraulic whine), has a better AC and has a better sun shade. I don't regret going from green to yellow.
