SW Oklahoma | I do farm and the exchange is a possibility. The problem there is that land prices here are currently very high. If a quality piece of land sells there are a few select producers that have hit gas wells the past few years that will buy it no matter the price. Some of the better land would probably bring close to twice today what it would have a few years ago. Im not sure we could trade the 800 acres for a good quarter here. | |
